Being new to the area, we searched pet sitters online, selected Katie & Company, and hoped for the best. We needn't have worried; we found the best. Tacia was very friendly and easy to work with, extremely responsive. We got a detailed report after each visit, with better photos of our cats than we take ourselves. She took the time to get to know our cats, which is important to us. The app used for scheduling care, communicating, and paying was simple and straightforward to use. We came home to happy, well-fed cats, and a clean pet care area. Katie & Co is definitely in our contacts as our go-to for all future pet care needs.
