If you are debating a pet sitter, look no further! We were anxious about leaving our tenacious, scaredy cat of a pup for a weekend away, but Katie and Company was the perfect choice. They were extremely professional in the set up of services making sure all bases were covered (for more aspects of pet/home care than I would have even thought to communicate to them!) Communication was also excellent - they were very quick to respond to any messages or questions that I had, and also made sure to let us know how our dog had done for the visit, including pictures. But most importantly, they are compassionate about what they do. Our dog was terrified initially, and they went the extra mile to ensure he became comfortable and by the end of the weekend he made friends! It is the best feeling to know that someone isn’t just letting your dog out, or doing the bare minimum while you’re away. Katie & Company truly care about your animals, and we will absolutely use them again!
