If you are debating a pet sitter, look no further! We were anxious about leaving our tenacious, scaredy cat of a pup for a weekend away, but Katie and Company was the perfect choice. They were extremely professional in the set up of services making sure all bases were covered (for more aspects of pet/home care than I would have even thought to communicate to them!) Communication was also excellent – they were very quick to respond to any messages or questions that I had, and also made sure to let us know how our dog had done for the visit, including pictures. But most importantly, they are compassionate about what they do. Our dog was terrified initially, and they went the extra mile to ensure he became comfortable and by the end of the weekend he made friends! It is the best feeling to know that someone isn’t just letting your dog out, or doing the bare minimum while you’re away. Katie & Company truly care about your animals, and we will absolutely use them again!

Being new to the area, we searched pet sitters online, selected Katie & Company, and hoped for the best. We needn’t have worried; we found the best. Tacia was very friendly and easy to work with, extremely responsive. We got a detailed report after each visit, with better photos of our cats than we take ourselves. She took the time to get to know our cats, which is important to us. The app used for scheduling care, communicating, and paying was simple and straightforward to use. We came home to happy, well-fed cats, and a clean pet care area. Katie & Co is definitely in our contacts as our go-to for all future pet care needs.
